Growing up, I was inspired by my grandmother, a natural cook and a professional chef who prepared wholesome, delicious, beautiful meals, and by my father whose love of good food exposed me to rich culinary experiences. Naturally, my experience with food was a happy one, and has shaped my culinary sensibilities. As an adult, I decided to go to a culinary school to learn cooking techniques and various health paradigms. My approach to food and cooking is supported by these techniques and theories, but mostly grounded in my own senses inspired by my grandmother's cooking and esthetics.
