What we eat significantly contributes to our well-being. Through food, we not only nourish and heal our bodies; we deepen our sense of pleasure, community, and nature. As unique individuals, each of us thrives on a different diet. Each of us also benefits from a different diet at different stages of our lives. I believe in eating real and natural foods and avoiding highly processed products. As a graduate from the Chef Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute, I draw from both western nutrition and eastern paradigms, but also much from my taste buds and common sense, to make tasty, health-supportive food.
