The high-speed, high-performance world we live in can often leave us feeling tired, depleted and stressed. And for many of us, resting from activity is a skill we must learn to cultivate. It may be that we take a 5 minute break from whatever we are doing to do absolutely nothing. Everything is better when we are rested.
