To arrive at the well-being and insight that Yoga promises requires a deeply personal journey that is nourished by a rewarding and sustainable personal practice. What better time to shine a light on your dedication to practice than in the dawn of a New Year?
I am pleased to offer a Weekend Urban Retreat right in the heart of New York City in a serene dharma space where the energy over time has been devoted to growth and spiritual practices. Especially designed with my NYC tribe in mind, this will be a non-residential retreat exploring universal qualities in foundational work shared among many of the self-cultivation practices to bring one back to the very source - your breath, bone and spirit.
A set sequence, informed by my practice of Hatha Yoga and KiCheon, will be taught in a step-by-step progression and repeated to promote body memory and refinement. Comprised of movements that are simple and safe, yet challenging and effective, this practice will be both suitable for beginners and insightful to experienced practitioners.
A gradual and committed home practice will reward you with an organic, intuitive process to move towards balance and ease in your body and mind, which will shape your life choices, including diet, habits, and behaviors, and prepare you for further stages of yoga practice and the insights they bring.

Former participants of Practitioner's Series are warmly invited to register and will be supported in their deeper embodiment of the practice.
