My own practice and approach to teaching are grounded in the Shadow Yoga school of Hatha Yoga, which places great importance on preparing the physical body and cultivating the energetic system for skillfully progressing into the internal work of asana, mudra, pranayama, and meditation. A dedicated practice opens up an organic, intuitive process towards strength, balance and ease in the body and mind, and naturally influences life choices, including diet and habits.
